At Langka.com, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, costs, and timelines.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We mainly ship via United States Postal Service. Please contact us if another shipping company is required.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Expedited (U.S.): 2–5 business days
- Hawaii and Alaska: Please choose expedited or priority shipping as first class and ground advantage can take 2 weeks to a month.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Langka does NOT ship international orders directly through our website. Please check out our eBay listings — eBay does a much better job of getting packages to our international customers:

If you would like to order from Canada or the UK, please check out these authorized distributors, or the above eBay listings:
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging.
- If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact your carrier first, then notify us so we can help resolve the issue.

Langka.com Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, our returns process is quick and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team through our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover initial shipping costs, but not return shipping costs.
- If returning for other reasons (changed mind, ordered wrong product, etc.), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Refunds
- Langka uses PayPal for all financial services. When a refund is generated the process also goes through PayPal. Langka will process it immediately, but PayPal may take up to 72 hours to process.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can send a replacement or refund.
