USA customer shipments are shipped via US Postal. Total Purchases in excess of $36 are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS, depending on weight and/or total purchase amount.

All international orders are charged $11.95 shipping costs

Canadian orders are shipped via Canadian Postal from our Canadian Distribution Center.

All Buffer products will require additional shipping charges and we'll let you know what they are before shipping buffer related products.

 

You may return any product up to 30 days after purchase. Return the item to:

with a copy of your invoice. If the invoice is not available, be sure to include your name, address, email address and phone number so we can look up your account and process the return amount. Your account will be credited for the purchase price of the returned product only.
